Good Morning GOVERNOR SOLUDO, i come to you as a Citizen with serious concern ,though am your Special ADVISER without physical office or even spiritual office, backed with a basket of SILENT protest from disenfranchised members of the State Civil Service, especially from citizens that worked long enough to Merit the wages of the Office they occupied.

Instead of being Rewarded for long meritorious service, Junior officers were awarded Centrifugal promotion and many qualified but circumvented are weeping and gnashing teeth, they petition SA ON GOOD GOVERNANCE seeking for redemption, which i know you will address, as a Just man with Academic reach that will teach both old Version and will be newer version leaders that you created a niche in SERVICES.

Sir , many Civilian Servants in the Rank of DIRECTOR and DEPUTY DIRECTORS mostly at level 15 and 16 who are supposed to be promoted to PERM SEC but brushed aside like a bad coin, rather or inplace most of the considered for the converted position are level 13 and few level 14 officers, that is bad blood. Sir, i think it's not late to do the needful as onye igbo ,you know na ife di nma,di nma, maka eme nwata ka emelu ibe ya,obi adi ya nma(What's worth doing, is Worth doing well and when you treat child equally he will forever be grateful), there's no way we should circumvent proper promotion lubrics to embrace the ongoing national autocratic promotional system which reduced Chances of Ndigbo from cadre and rewarded misfits,where qualified are rendered Useless, and Useless are tendered as fit and, that's the decadence which tethered the Nation ,which we will say God Forbid and government will stamp out for posterity. 

We shouldn't hate such myopic act at National and make it a Dearly back home, We should stop calling Spade agricultural instrument in place of it's name which is SPADE.

 We should be the Angels of good deed. 

My Governor, Maybe the people who Vetted the promotion list, by passed Justice and fair play, plus you are academician who understand academical wages and understand the agony of using Politics to bastardize academics LAUREL or say Dividend, especially when academic ladder is dismantled owing to POLITICAL lopsidedness.

Things will fall apart and when that is done, the CENTER cannot hold. 

Had the position is POLITICAL, i wont say pim because it's on choice, but this is Civil service which has laid down Code over the Years.

I know you will do the right thing and joy will flow through corridors and you Shall be remembered as a GOOD MAN.
