My Governor, Greetings, i come as SA on GOOD GOVERNANCE (UNPAID) just to give you SITREP (Situation report) to bamboozle the Citizen's that doesn't know Jack.

Sir, even though you went on your weekly rendezvous in London Resort, but it would've been proper if you have delegated your Deputy Governor to visit that OCHANJA DEBACLE ROAD,where our tarred road was reduced to EGBOKA IDEYI over night or say one rain fall, great damages, especially coming out from your last week termination of the contract given to one Brick layer at OKPOKO to grade 9 Major roads, it was funny that the man cannot do one Culvert and he was giving 9 contracts for our roads, unless ANMABRA TENDERS BOARD are no Longer working for the Government, this is not permissible with them, also paying contractor 50% upfront is an EFCC motivational invite, we all  know that it's 30% First payment until they generate certificate from ministry of works evaluating the works done as worthy and more than 40% in worth, then the second part will be made , but since with debut of DUBAI TAIWAN, nobody understands the process and procedures again, but opposition are taking notes and will use same freely, just to establish that the state which was evaluated as NON BROKEN, is now shattered. 

As you didn't come back to show concern, the next good action would be to delegate your Deputy or the speaker for immediate visit to the affected site and the remaining spread of Road which we can't tell how good it is,if small drizzle will cause this defect,what then will rainy season do ?, that way , it should show that you have our patrimony which was swept away with ultra carelessness in mind , you know that many projects have collapsed including buildings all in your tenure and it looks as if the god's are not happy with you, which you can jua ase because if the gods tried to pass a message and man pretend, then they may escalate it to show they don't play same league with us. They got pissed a lot. 

Sir, also it's important for us to know the duties of the Commissioner for Works, as it seems he doesn't even know about any working project in the state, if he did, he should always be on the spot, but he cant go and defend what he doesn't know how it come to existence, what opposition Parties will be doing is to check the process and procedures used in awarding of Contracts,maka things have fallen apart. 

Dear Governor, from the instant sacking of Contractors on site which shows that your government hires incompetent workforce , if they are tested with previous finished projects, there's no way they will be doing turubom turubom with our projects thereby forcing you to terminate contracts on spot, is that a DUBAI attainable Version?. 

Sir you know that , we are not carried by the MEDIA Frenzy of painted sepulchre we Mistake for Standard roads, if one of them with Stone base can be swiped away with just few minutes igirigi, i am sure that none will last 3 months at stretch of rainy season and that's wasting of money.

My Governor, kindly note that LP is springing a surprise by having 2 perfect Gents as prospective Aspirants from the South, we know that Dr Valentine Ozigbo is a gentleman with Ties and Chief Bart Nwibe is an Oil Magnet with respectable accountability, so you should be worried maka fa bido inyocha the Labyrinthal route of local government fund or Kwanu the money wasted on Cheap labours that collapse while executing and nothing is done to punish the engineers or Contractors or to recover the money invested,then  even EFCC may come have an office around here waiting for expiration of Tenure. 

We should know that we have Started onye chicha EFCC anwuru ya , and it won't stop, not Today but MOVING on..

Just you know PDP is cooking a rebrand today, they brought together youths with Future and handed the comatosic party to them and they are weeding away those old POLITICAL traders that love to trade elections , so the PDP we wrote off as in consequential is now a treat to be taking serious again.
