The Hotel project started by ZHONTIA( ZTC) CONSTRUCTION COMPANY as engaged by GOV Peter Obi and was done up to 90% before his exit, all in making use of the aquatic splendor provided by Nature and bringing Tourism money back to Anambra STATE, an informed opinion.
Since you completed it and made Prof Charles Soludo the Manager or using the euphemistic parlance "Chairman of Board", Sir I want to inform you that there is a top clandestine move to sale it off and negotiation is underway and any of such sabotage of the state owned Enterprise will have the Chairman liable incase achozie our Patrimony, afurozi ya.

If he can sale off the State Hotel without iota of profit declared under his management , then he may likely sale off the state if given the chance.

Anyway my concern for now is the ongoing plot to sale off the Hotel, this is time to watch our every move to make sure our HOTEL is not sold off as mushroomed brothel.
