i wasn't a given to LP Candidates of last election because they disappoint me , but seeing this work of Chukwuma Annie Okonkwo from Ojoto, Idemmili SOUTH, who is representing the Constituency at house of Representives. 

i paused, went back , watch it again and i was elated by the Gutter he is Molding, which is better than what State is doing.
