ITUPUTA NKITA AKPI,IGOSI YA and i COME to rest my Findings on ANAMBRA SOUTH SENATORIAL written by Mkpisi.

Having Satisfied my findings as provided by Constitution of the Nation,which provide at page 28 , Sub number 4 and it says "

(4) There shall not be substitution of candidates in a by-election except where a candidate of a political party in a by-election dies, the party shall submit to the Commission the name of its substitute candidate within seven days of the death of the candidate in the Form prescribed by the Commission" 

It's incumbent upon me as Dibia Onu Ike adighi agbalu Ekperima afa,to announce that the Table of candidates shall be as it was in the last election and i replicate.. Unless INEC brought another theatrics and laughable interpretation of our constitution, but if we are to obey the Constitution and uphold Justice and make our ways Just, the Contestant will be as followed
