Still trying to understand the TYPE OF ELECTION that is coming to replace the Vacuum of Senator IFEANYI UBAH and i stumble into a Constitutional providence that scared the Shit out of me ,it was elaborate enough to show na many Aspirants are just throwing Money into BET NAIJA roller wheel.

We should study the Constitutional provision for election Which is the yardstick to gauge election participation in this context.

We Determine na óbu all corners or congregation of Parties that ran the election before.

Our Constitution Article 28,Sub heading with "Notice of election.

(3) In the case of a by-election, the Commission shall, not later than 14 days before the date appointed for the election, publish a notice stating the date of the election

(4) There shall not be substitution of candidates in a by-election except where a candidate of a political party in a by-election dies, the party shall submit to the Commission the name of its substitute candidate within seven days of the death of the candidate in the Form prescribed by the Commission ."end of quote 

The Constitution made it clear that ,there won't be general recasting of ASPIRANTS and or Candidates,or substitutions.

So in this case,we are approaching this all wrong ,an approach to the Bench for interpretation of the law is needed urgently.

Let's not forget that Constitution made provision for General election, Inconclusive election, Supplementary election and Bye Election.. So we work with the provision of the Constitution, not Political conjectures and innuendos. 

Can lawyers within the house direct me , if i am wrong. 

Can INEC make the call and save many hands from spending money that won't make an impact after the fact.
