ANMABRA SOUTH SENATORIAL.. IS IT A BYE ELECTION? , REPLACEMENT ELECTION OR FRESH ELECTION? anam Aju ndi INEC By Mkpisi Ndi Egede. 

Good Morning Ndi ANAMBRA South, as Dibia Onu Ike, i am here with a decanter to seek the translation of National Electoral Umpire as Ndi Egede asked me the question and i fail to argue the case or present reasonable answers. 

Is the election, a fresh election that warrants all players to enter the field? 

is it a Replacement election to fill the vacuum created by demise? 

Is it a Bye election to get somebody to replace the vacant position from those who were produced by past party primaries that gulped stupendous wealth? 

Make una come with me , if this is Fresh election, INEC should know that the winner has a full TENURE which is 4 years from sworn inn ,as the winner Won a fresh election. And the tenure starts counting from swearing inn ,this was established when Peter Obi went to Supreme Court and seek TENURE INTERPRETATION when NGIGE used 2 years and 6 months of his tenure,and Supreme Court ruled that , Tenure starts from swear inn day till 4 Years.

If it's replacement or Bye election, the winner will only serve for the remaining TENURE of Senator UBAH.. 

If it is Bye or Replacement election, does it need New entrants or just the survivors from the last line up ? Which only YPP should have replacement Candidate? 

Well ,be it as it may , we should know that Replacing IFEANYI UBAH position should not be for Newbies, Never for Rookies as the Shoe they seek to Wear can only be wore by Veteran who has caress the Clitoris of POLITICAL Giddess, that way they can't be intimidated by Senators from other Part of the Nation, it's not what can be done with sentimental Passion. 

Ndigbo should be sending our Taribo West to restrain any RONALDO OR MESSI,you don't a player who will be shaking at sight of other players.

I know na ANMABRA is making ground for Next Governor, not necessarily producing a Senator with punch but a Senator with a lunch. i looked at APGA and see the Way some hand of godfathers are pulling the strings so they can Bench the Best and most qualified hand in the Ring, I heard them saying na onwerozi ego and if that is truth, did he lost the Money purchasing Traditional titles or for sake of same party? 

I have heard so much noise about certain Veteran who is perfect fit for the position in APGA, the noise remains how suited he is, but he has no Money, the question remains, do we want Ikwurigba money bag or qualified man who will represent the South with finesse?
