We have noticed dire austerity in Local Government ,we saw restrictions on performances from the toothless and financial emasculated Mayors,but I came to doff my Cap to the Mayor of IDEMMILLI South Chief, Mrs Iyom Amaka Obi "Pace Setter Extraordinary" .

As she has taking the initiative to beautify all the Local markets in her Local Government,she uses barricades to put a restraint on traders that always display wares along the roads and causing nuisance and running into vehicles plying the road.

PRESS RELEASE OF THE LABOUR PARTY CAUCUS, ANAMBRA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY ON THE

THE ESCAPE OF THE KIDNAPPERS AND KILLERS OF HON. JUSTICE AZUKA FROM THE ANAMBRA STATE POLICY CUSTODY

Recall that Hon. Justice Azuka was abducted on 24th of December, 2024 at Ugwunabankpa in Onitsha North Local Government Area, Anambra State. After a strenuous search  spanning over 46 days, the body of Hon Justice was recovered and his abductors and murderers were equally arrested by men of Agunaechemba and handed over to the police, specifically, the members of Police Rapid Response Squad (aka RRS). Everybody was waiting for justice to be served on his abductors and murderers. Interestingly, the Police Public Relations  Officer issued a press release indicating that two of the suspects who murdered Hon Justice escaped in controversial circumstances.

Part of the release was that in the course of the move to arrest the receiver of the vehicles that were robbed, two of the suspects escaped. We have reviewed the stories as told by the police and found it to be utterly disappointing and reprehensible and  a clear sign that there is a cover up somewhere. Our suspicion that this could be a political assassination has been heightened by this development. This is coupled with the fact that the police did practically nothing in the part of efforts leading up to the arrest of these suspects. 

It may interest you to know that this alleged escape happened more than one week from the date of this press release, yet up till now the police has neither declared the suspects wanted nor made any effort in that regard apart from mere platitudinal press release. One would have expected that by now the pictures of the suspects, their full names, addresses, home towns and other details would have flooded the public arena and social media, so as to afford people the opportunity of identifying them and reporting to the security agents for their re-arrest. These not being done is a pointer to the fact that it could be an arranged escape. The police officers that handled the alleged arrest of the receiver of the stolen vehicles were not only unprofessional but culpable. 

Therefore, the labour party caucus of the Anambra State House of Assembly demands as follows:

i. The immediate re-arrest of the fleeing suspects whom the police did not mention, but who had been found to be Kelvin Ikechukwu Ossai (aka Ikem) and another popularly known as Ocha.

ii. Thorough investigation, apprehension, and subsequent punishment of the officers who are culpable in the escape of the suspects.

iii. There should be a total overhaul of the RRS and other police formations who had been found wanting in the discharge of their duties in this perilous time. 

We demand justice for Hon. Justice Azuka, for justice shall not and ought not die in vain.

There was a Viral Video of the woman with all the wounds from the CANONICAL BEATING and since the religion is considered scared,the Church is playing game of time to bury it ,the commissioner for Women affairs Mrs Obinabo kept mute as if she was gagged and Mrs Soludo unlike herself is comfortably quiet.

Seems the State is determined to sweep things under the Rug, but we the Citizens have the right to picket the State leaders to find a soothing ground.

Today , thanks to Dr  Paul Chukwuma,Ónwa of Umueri as he drag APC party Huncho to the State as they launch the party Secretariat which is opposite Government house ,as if they are keeping watch on next acquisition,that position is intimidating and has spiritual Analogy.

Paul Chukwuma procured the Secretariat as his gift to the party and establishing dominance of the party in that Axis, equipped same with modern specification,same way he procured offices with all paraphernalia for 21 Local Government and replicated same for the 326 Wards in the State.

It's of note that while other ASPIRANTS are struggling for ticket,Ónwa is trying to dig deeper for the entrenchment of the party down to the Wards.

We shouldn't forget what he has done to the Youths to lure them into using the strength to push the party, including gifting them mouth watering largesse maka ódi mma Ndi APC.

As APC Huncho are coming to the State,we should make sure they are protected,so they don't have reason to dump bees on our turf. 

What makes me marvel is that .. either the ÓNWA'S that are getting set to balance the party or Chukwuma's are making the Election interesting.

Either Chukwuma Umeoji or Paul Chukwuma are aspiring to oust another Chukwuma Soludo.

is it the powers of Ndi na aza Chukwuma or it's just coincidence? ,the gods must have some hidden reasons and I won't dare question them today.
