NAFDAC INVASION OF ALAIGBO,A Real SITUATION OR JUST SMOKE AND MIRROR? written by Mkpisi.

NAFDAC has been breathing down the Neck of SOUTH EAST for what they called FAKE DRUGS fishing out ,but the mode operandi makes it look like another invasion similar to that of 1967,an invasion with prejudice.

Unless the management of NAFDAC are bent on finishing the Heist of 1970 ,when at the interlude of the genocide they made a mockery called pronunciation which provides "No Victor,No vanquished" which was delivered with poisoned caveat when they gave us 20 pounds for Over funded account and Nil to less funded, the 20 pounds was named Last supper, but miraculously as Nwa Chinemere we jumped a Financial hoop that turned the face and expectations of the shroud,we became the Made and certain leg of the Tripod hates the growth or survival of the tribe they wished extinguished.

If NAFDAC came to sanitize the industry, they would've send detectives who will make purchase of adulterated Drugs and know how it was supplied, which will expose the chain of distribution and sales, then deal with such, but they went to head bridge in ONUICHA on a weekend and invade shops without patrons or oversight of any kind ,cart away goods without supervision and declare them fake Drugs, the quantity not known according to owners of stalls within the market.

They also took away both AMERICAN, EUROPEAN DRUGS with the saying that it has no NAFDAC number, knowing that both places can never put NAFDAC on their product, because they knew that NAFDAC is beneath them  in quality and all things ,but our own NAFDAC confiscate drugs approved by those nations, all with same measure that it doesn't have NAFDAC approval.

NAFDAC going to market on weekends can only happen in Igbo Land because nobody to challenge the Rascality, but it's time our politicians should rise and demand justice and demand heads to roll as they don't have the Powers to cart away goods without somebody witnessing or they should've brought a state Government corresponding partner ,so there will be inventory or goods and funds found.

Most of the Shops they sealed or cracked are Surgical shops and yet no apologies, according to a Chieftain who begged for State Government intervention.

Nobody is stopping NAFDAC from carrying out a thorough duties of sanitizing the market, but they should be transparent and do so with decorum,if they truly want to invade Igbo shops ,they should at least let the market Union executive to be present in such raid, but most importantly they should have conducted onsite investigation and know the shops that sale Drugs ,and separate them from other business that share Blocks and line with them.

Anambara State Government should meet with the Presidency and demand explanation on the affront. Enough of using Bad coin as excuse to render all legal tender Counterfeit.

  1. It's very unfortunate and too bad. How can Nafdac be behaving like touts? Opening somebody's shop by force without the presence of the owner, forcefully packed goods, declare the goods fake, lock the shop with keys and seals. They are even stealing goods and selling them.

  2. This is the height of it, Section 414 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Breaking into building with intent to commit felony
Any person who breaks and enters a schoolhouse, shop, warehouse, store, office, or counting‐house, or a building which is adjacent to a dwelling‐house and occupied with it but is not part of it, with intent to commit a felony therein, is guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for seven years.
