Then ,i will also recommend that the government should avail EKWUEME SQUARE free of all charges or with STIPEND to any celebrant from those Security challenged places in the state,that way , instead of going to Abuja, Lagos, ENUGWU to do traditional stuff,they can hold it in State Capital with peace of mind and it will drive state hospitality business back to life.
