POLITICAL SECOND TENURE, THE DIMINISHING VENTURE by POg. 

We know that Politicians always try to grab second tenure by fire, force or cajoling the Masses with Effizzy and haphazard works , but POLITICAL Good observers can tell you that second TENURE is Period when Governors and President Garner Retirement funds from wallet of the governed.

Some will try on First term to start projects they knew they can't finish nor have plans to hand over for it to be completed, they start promises of fulfillment on second tenure, so they wager appointed projects as bargain for second tenure as they will promise Finishing the abandoned Projects in second leg, but once they got the second TENURE, they don't have use for Voters again and won't bother fulfilling any prior promises,that time they will harvest our patrimony as if na mmadu anaro na unó knowing highest you won't Vote for the party again and they don't care.

It's time Law makers should enact a law that will peg leadership to a single Tenure of 4 years, let the person use 1st Year to plan, second year for execution, third year for finalizing and 4th Year for mopping of mistakes and pilfering of some funds for retirement as we know that no graft agency care to prosecute them, after that the person won't near that position again, so there will be seriousness and good Governance.
