NFF SC HONORS CHIEF JOE MARTINS UZODIKE as Patron by Mazi Odera POg JP. 

Chief Joe Martins Uzodike, Dike Udo OKA ETITI, Aka na eme Eze Anambra State, IKOLO NDI SOUTH EAST have another Feather tucked into his already extra Feathered Cap, when Nigerian Football Federation supporters Club bestowed on him PATRON of NFF Supporters Club.

There is a requisite for NFF SC that choose an able, vested and Football Mastero as Patron, one from each State of the Federation.

It wasn't political, it wasn't what state Government shall influence, it was the entire choice of NFF SC and they always go for the best. 

Chief Joe Martins Uzodike known in his Footballing days as BUZUZU, he is skilled like PELE in his Hey days, it was his Football artistry that took him to Rangers international ENUGWU where he was the Secretary and the Former Governor Jim Ifeanyichukwu Nwobodo was the Chairman and that metamorphosed into making him SA to GOV Nwobodo which jump started his in road into active Politics in early 80s when some of the current aggressors are still drooling.

Making him a PATRON of NFF SC is a right call and upright judgement. 

 Super Eagles Supporters club inaugurated  National Patrons selected from states of the Federation on 24th May 2019 at Sheraton hotels, Ikeja  Lagos. 

They include Minister for sports Mr S Danlong, Bobboi Bala kaigama(current president, Trade union Congress of Nigeria TUC) and Chief, Sir, Bar, Joemartins Uzodike also known as Odenigbo Idemmili. 

A delegation of the national president led by Ogbuefi Ezike Okwuchukwu were in Awka Etiti the Palatial Home of Dike Udo, to personally deliver the certificate to Mr All Rounder,  Fmr Executive Administrator of Enugu  Rangers International  1976-1984. 

He also served as Commissioner for Information during the Tenure of Peter Obi, served as DG Campaign of APGA that crowned GOV OBIANO as the Governor of Anambra State .

It was while Chief, Barrister Joe Martin's Uzodike was the Commissioner for Information that he Relocated ABS from Onuicha where presently Shoprite is located and A Hotel is been built which has turned to abandoned project, he relocate ABS to AWADA where he built a fantastic  complex that is  housing all the Staff of ABS. 

HE remodel the Transmitter of ABS so that it was TRANSMITTING to where it does presently. 

It was after his exit that ABS left broadcasting and information dissemination and delve into branding of Young Girls which is called Beauty peagant or CUCUMBER Saga. 

National light Newspaper  used to the cafeteria of College of Education, then Joe Martin's rebuild it, equip it and gave them vehicles as he did with other arms under his ministry, even though National Light and ABS are suppose to be autonomous, they shall source fund and sustain self but he intervened because he can and because he care. 

He cleared off for ABS, the NBC Annual Dues which was stacked for many years. 

His Tenure can be remembered by staff of Ministry of Information as the only period, each worker under his ministry goes home at Christmas with a Full 50KG Bag of Thailand Rice, the feat  lasted until he exit as Commissioner. 

Football world, we wish you better days to come and we pray that such personality that has done so much for sport and garnered expirience should be brought very close to advise and recommend way forward as that was what helped Ranger international back in days to be the Wahala of 80s or say they are the CHELSEA of 1980, they served as Football Window of Africa and they thrill, Score, win and intimidate all other Clubs back then....You can't Form a National Team without having half of the players from Rangers, it is never possible, Rangers was the Glory of Soccer and the heartbeat of Round leather.
