Sir, if you think Robbers are using OKADA to rob and you ban them, let me play you a scenario..

2,000 will turn to beggars and Pick Pockets..
5,000 will join those former OKADA ROBBERS and they will become BATALLION of ROBBERS that may Rob from one end to another and the Police will be busy at Upper Iweka checking ENGINE NUMBER of any vehicle driven by IGBO young boy to bother chasing one thief, talk less of Battalion of armed ones. .
Then splinter groups will turn to Kidnnapers of low grade, they can kidnap and collect even 5K and some will collect Recharge cards.

Sir, if you ask me, I will tell you that this is one of the greatest mistake and disaster that will invade the state.
