EASTERN GOVERNORS WILL DEMAND FOR RELEASE OF MNK , a View from the Pen.. by Mkpisi. 

EASTERN GOVERNOR'S FORUM which was amputated by inclusion of SOUTH EAST to the name , we know there's nothing like South East, we are EASTERN, then there's West, North and South. 

They don't have EAST WEST,EAST NORTH,EAST SOUTH but they have South East just to emasculate the oneness,we should be looking at things from their own prism to understand the politics of the Nation.

Moving on..

The Governor's meet just to welcome and interface with General OBASANJO, Igwe Achebe and Retired Commonwealth Secretary Emeka Njoku, right after the meeting, the Governor's forum issued a statement announcing that, "THEY WILL MEET PREZ TINUBU"  to plead that he will consider releasing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, well it's a welcome Theatrics and good POLITICAL Gimmicks, as we know that GOVERNORS doesn't need prior Notice Publication of what they will discuss with the President, if truly EASTERN GOVERNORS wanted to demand the Release of MNK , they would've met the President and make the demand as Eastern Block of Governors with stern and stain faces ,and if they visit ASO ROCK as Such Governors representing Eastern Nigeria, there won't be much protocols as the President will sense a tensed moment, also he will dread the trajectory of the withdrawal of the TRIPODIAL Leg making a unified demand, but this one they announced the intended visit will enable the President and other POLITICAL Dinosaurs to lobby and weaken the resolve. 

There's no time or expected time of Visit,but i digress .

I can bet that whenever time reached for them to visit the President to discuss this topic , it might end up being one or two Governors who will be on the delegation, just to weaken the spirit of the Unity, as others will be busy traveling Overseas, or doing one absurd thing or another, while asking others to hold brief. 

If the Eastern Governors Forum ask to see the president even at 1 hour Notice, it must be expressly granted as it will create a tensed moment within the Villa and such will circumvent any spoilers notion, but the Forum said they WILL VISIT, which is same thing when POLICE approaching crime scene with Siren blazing at highest octave, that's to warn Vandals that they are coming, because when they want to IRON out Vandals, the sirens stays dumb as they move in stealth mode. 

Again, it takes OBASANJO'S visit to get  EASTERN GOVERNORS to meet again , imagine a Zone where insecurities are part of GOVERNANCE, where they are supposed to Mount operation flush them out same day , when EBONYI will be raining Bombs On them , ANAMBARA, ENUGWU, IMO, ABIA will be doing same at same day , thereby creating Total annihilation and panic which will destabilize them from East, which we know that if such exercise are conducted 4 times in a Month, insecurity will become past tense, but it wasn't so and they have not held meeting before now to tackle such MENACE. 

Now that they have made the announcement, to your TENT or Governors and start sleeping again , maybe when Gowon or SOYNIKA will visit, you come together and issue another press release. 

This is one of the worst result of having Zoned Governance,it produced puppets and we have them many in South East,but i pray that ANMABRA will rise up and jettison that gross resolve, elect most qualified who will bring back greatness in our GOVERNANCE.
